Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7–30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The product packaging is intact
• You provide proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/custom-made products
• Items on clearance or final sale
• Perishable goods

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
